For those of you who have been following my photo blog for a while, you will know that every year, I get an infestation of lady bugs in my office. I hear that lady bugs are supposed to be good luck. I must be pretty lucky. As I was working on some other pictures, this guy was crawling on my lap top. I decided to grab my point and shoot and get a picture, he then jumped on the point and shoot so I had to pull out my DSLR for the shot.

Having this picture do double duty today since I have meetings and little time to go exploring for photos. The assignment was to take a picture of your favorite electronic gadget. Although I love my DSLR, my little point and shoot is my trusty friend. They say, the best camera is the one you have with you and I always have my point and shoot around. Luckily today I had both, since my point and shoot became the subject of my photo.

This weekend my family gathered together to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday. It was so fun to see a photo of them all sitting around the table eating breakfast together. I was 2000 miles away, but my heart was there.
